In addition to travel professional and business owner, I am also a mom to two boys, an animal lover, and a travel addict. I have been traveling since I was a little girl. My family took cruises, road trips, Disney vacations, and more. You can say my love of travel started at a young age. After I met my husband, Doug, we began traveling as a couple. We married in 2010 and spent our honeymoon in Bora Bora, which has always been one of my favorite trips. Now that we have kids, we enjoy traveling with them as often as we can. My boys, Carter and Preston, inspired me to become a family travel advisor. Seeing the world through their eyes is a whole new experience. Additionally, we love to go on camping trips with our rescue dogs, Meisha (a husky mix) and Vinny (a chihuahua mix). Remember I said I am an animal lover? In addition to our dogs, we also have a cat (Ozzy), a bearded dragon, a kingsnake, a rat, a desert tortoise and six tarantulas. My favorite trip activities are ones that involve animals & wildlife.

I began my career as a travel agent because I love researching travel for myself and for others. I have always been the “go to” person in my family to research and arrange our family trips. While my husband was deployed, I found myself researching his destination and scouring the Internet for activities and excursions for him. Between that, and planning a trip to South Carolina, I realized travel planning is something I want to do for a living.
